What's

8 - 15 mile cycle trips round the vicinity, exploring roads, tracks, woods and ending up at a nearby pub for a sociable drink.

Mountain bikes are recommended and it would be advisable to be equipped with a basic repair kit, water bottle, cycle helmet, reflective gear & moblie 'phone if you have one
